Cindy Karl has been with HMA Hotels since its inception in 2000. Cindy brings over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry primarily with IHG Branded hotels. Prior to becoming the Revenue Manager for HMA, Cindy worked in the Front Office, Reservations, and eventually oversaw the Central Reservations Office for our St. Louis properties. Cindy is well respected with IHG for her knowledge of hotel programs and procedures and is an expert in many operating systems including, Holidex, Opera and Encore. With her remote access through Fast Connect, Cindy is able to access the inventories and rate structures at all of our front desks and make minute to minute yield decisions to maximize revenues at all of our hotels. Cindy maintains an excellent working relationship with third party internet providers to take advantage of the traveler who is looking for the best value through sites like Travelocity, Expedia and Priceline.
