Missouri St. Joseph Houlihan's Revolutionizing casual dining in 1972, Houlihan's opened its doors for the first time on Valentine's Day.  It was love at first site.  On that fateful day, a new standard of casual dining was born.  Part eclectic eatery and part energetic bar scene, we quickly became known as the hot spot for friends and family to meet and enjoy great food and drinks.  Naturally.
