I would like to say that without a doubt Elaine is one of the most efficient, caring, knowledgeable, helpful as well as a being a super nice person!! Now that is saying a lot, but truly she lives up to all of this. She is known for going the extra mile in assisting her clients. I have worked with her for many years and she is one that you can count on for whatever needs you might have.

We have so enjoyed and truly appreciated working with you over the years. You made booking our groups exceptionally easy and convenient. I could book the majority of a tour in one call, within about ten minutes. I also so appreciated being able to give you our credit card to make all of our deposits, and sending you one rooming list, and you taking care of the rest. You are, by far, our absolute favorite representative, and have made our jobs a hundred times easier. You deserve a blue ribbon in hospitality and, in general, as a person.
